Counterbalance has been commissioned by the property owners to project manage the renovation and extension of their 1930's dwelling in Woking, Surrey.
The goal is to transform the ground floor of the property into a high-quality home aligning with modern design standards and specifications.

Approach
The proposal includes several key improvements: removing internal walls to create a more open and spacious kitchen/dining area, adding an extension to the rear and roof windows to the existing pitched roof extension to enhance natural light.

The project is currently on-site and is scheduled for completion by the end of spring 2025. Throughout the process, Counterbalance is ensuring that every aspect of the renovation is executed with precision and attention to detail, maintaining the historical integrity of the dwelling while introducing modern comforts and aesthetics.
