Get in Touch & Meet for a Coffee
If you have received a letter from us or found our website and think you may have land or property you would like to discuss with us, please get in contact. We can visit and have a coffee to discuss how we can help develop your land.

Agree a Bespoke Contract
We sign a bespoke option agreement to purchase the property or land once planning permission has been granted within a set agreed timeframe.

Design Process
Counterbalance will prepare a design for the land or property and commission all the relevant reports and consultants to submit a planning application.

Submit Planning Permission
Counterbalance will submit the planning application to the local council and manage the whole process.
05
Planning Permission Granted
After 2-3 months the local authority should grant planning permission for the project.

Counterbalance will purchase the property or land within a set time period, previously agreed.

Construction
Counterbalance will then construct the project over 1-2 year period depending on the scale of the project.
